1/ The Customer must take full responsibility for copyright and/or ownership of all information, artwork, photographs, previous logo’s and trademarks/logo’s which belong to other organisations, that they will supply to ROGD for use in regards to the present design job. Therefore the customer is further responsible for granting ROGD permission and rights of the above and agrees to indemnify and hold blameless ROGD from any and all claims resulting from the Customer’s negligence or inability to obtain proper copyright permissions.
2/ The price may change due to the addition of photographs or other data which may need to be purchased or taken and the customer will be fully informed of this by ROGD if this should occur. Any photographs taken or bought by ROGD on behalf of the customer will remain the property of ROGD. If the customer requires full ownership of the photographs then a one off payment will be agreed, or the rights to any stock photos will be transferred to the customer.
3/ ROGD will endeavor to proof read all artwork but demands that ultimate responsibility belongs to the customer. The customer, therefore, must accept full responsibility for any errors that may be found after printing etc. that are found to be on the original final proof.
4/ If printing arrangements are requested ROGD will liaise with the printer on behalf of the customer. ROGD will not take responsibility for any errors or poor quality of any printed work which may occur, ROGD will, however endeavour to do their best to rectify any of these problems even if they do not result from any negligence by ROGD.
5/ Full copyright & ownership of all artwork created by ROGD will become the property of the customer when full payment has been made. However if any of the artwork designed by ROGD is used in a manner deemed to be immoral, pornographic or to promote hatred to any persons belonging to any ethnic group, religion or sexual orientation then ROGD will resume copyright of all artwork and legal action will be taken.
6/ ROGD will keep copies of all artwork for their records, to use in it’s portfolio and future commissions.
7/ ROGD reserves the right to use any third party.
8/ All design prices quoted include VAT.
9/ ROGD reserves the right to change it’s prices without giving prior notice.
